This version is an extension (literally) of the Danish sea trout fly the Omoe Brush. It features an extended tail, tied with simple, home made shanks.

| Thread | Red or brown 6/0 |
| Tail hackles | Two red golden pheasant shoulder feathers |
| Body hackles | Four red golden pheasant shoulder feathers - two in the rear, one central and one in front |
| Flash | One straw of pearly flash of your choice. Goes in between the two rear hackles. |
| Dubbing | Any long fibered tan or rusty dubbing. I use musk ox. Rabbit or hare will do. |
| Head | Varnished tying thread. |
